We met up with the Tompkins clan for one last dinner, a Lao BBQ such is the BBQ style in Asia. We’ve seen and experienced the same thing in Rayong, Chiang Rai, and now here. We’ll try to get a hold of the appropriate apparatus and bring this tradition back home.
