While on the road, I’m almost always with this bag around my shoulders. It’s been to twelve countries and is about to see five more this summer. Clockwise form the top right corner:
• LG G4 mobile (Best damned mobile camera, back in the day, and still capable. Maps.me, WhatsApp, Google Docs, sounf recorder… all of the essentials are right there.)
• Extra battery
• Lavalier Mic. (For recording stuff: video, interviews, voiceovers)
• Canon GX7 (The new camera for this trip, chosen primarily for its video and vlogging potential.)
• Anker Battery Bank (500 MaH) (Will recharge camera, mobile, iPad, and various other USB devices – I have A LOT this trip.)
• USB Cable and Charger (For “just in case”.)
• Passport (to adventure!)
• Moleskin Notebook
• Calling Cards (we hand these out to the new friends we meet on our travels.)
